Raegan Blackwell Lopez

Owner/Managing Director

Raegan, originally from New York, has been immersed in the world of dance since the age of three. She trained under renowned instructors at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway, performing in prestigious events like NYC Choreography Showcases and Summer Stage in Pine Plains, NY. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Raegan has guided students of all ages, fostering confidence, perseverance, and self-expression.

Inspired by the unwavering support of her childhood dance mentors, Joe and Ginnie Mazzello, Raegan is passionate about creating a studio environment where students feel valued, empowered, and capable of achieving their dreams. She continually expands her expertise by attending workshops across the country, ensuring her teaching remains fresh and inspiring.

At B.Well Studios, Raegan’s mission is to help young people discover their potential, build confidence, and see how doing what they love can positively impact others.

Ashley Olson

Operations Manager

Ashley has been passionate about dance since age three, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and gaining extensive experience in performance, competition, and teaching. A devoted mother of two, she brings empathy and creativity to her classes, fostering confidence and joy in every child. Ashley is skilled in working with children of all abilities through personal and continued education.

As an Operations Manager at B.Well Studios, Ashley works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, from scheduling to parent communications. Her dedication, energy, and expertise help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
